CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine first 3 ingredients and press onto bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla mixing at medium speed on mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add sour cream and chocolate chips; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared springform pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees, continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate until cold (6 hours or overnight).
