3 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Sm. green pepper
Sm. chopped onion
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. salt
Pinch of garlic
3 lg. mushrooms, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. Put in loaf pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serve with gravy.
