BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-1/2 lb. round steak, sliced
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can condensed consomme
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles

Cut meat into thin strips, dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms and onions, brown lightly. Add soup, cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Gradually blend in sour cream, cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
