1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine above crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.

CHEESECAKE:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. amaretto

Mix on lowest speed the softened cream cheese with sugar until blended. Add sour cream, then eggs, almond extract and finally Amaretto, mixing each until blended.

Gently pour cream cheese mixture into crust in spring form pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes. Chill overnight.
