3 WAY CHILE | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 2 diced onions 1/2 clove garlic, diced 1/2 c. Williams chile seasoning 4 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce 3 c. cooked pinto or pink beans 12 oz. cooked spaghetti pasta 1 lb. grated cheese Use 5-quart pan. Brown ground chuck; add onions, garlic, chili seasoning, tomatoes, and cooked beans. Put lid on and simmer for 1 hour. Cook your pasta per directions on package. Serve chili mixture over pasta; add grated cheese on top. Serve with crackers or bread sticks. Makes complete meal. Serves 6-8 persons. |
