ZUCCHINI ALA ROMA 
1 lg. or 2 med. zucchini, sliced
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
8 oz. pkg. Provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Oregano
Butter

In a 2 1/2 quart buttered casserole, place slices of zucchini and tomatoes, alternately; cover with a layer of onion slices; top with half of the pepperoni slices. Repeat layers with remaining zucchini, tomatoes, onions and pepperoni. Dot with butter, sprinkle with oregano. Place provolone cheese slices on top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover and continue baking until cheese browns. 6 to 8 servings.
