ORANGE JUICE JELLO SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) or 1 (12 oz.) frozen orange juice
3 c. water
2 pkg. orange Jello
Pinch of salt

Boil water, mix with Jello until dissolved. Add unthawed orange juice. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Mold in a greased ring mold. Fill with fresh fruits or Waldorf salad. Decorate with mandarin oranges.
