YUM-YUM CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Add flour and nuts, pat out to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip from 8 oz. tub

Beat together and pour over cooled crust.

1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Beat above until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate with chocolate bar.
