PERFECT APPLE PIE 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

6 c. thin sliced, peeled apples
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice

TIPS: 2 (20 oz.) cans apple fruit pie filling can be substituted.

Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in 9" pie pan. Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes to prevent excess browning. 8 servings.
