PERFECT BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat half the sugar with shortening and butter. Gradually add milk. Continue beating, add vanilla and gradually add remaining sugar until right consistency is reached. Yield: 24 cupcakes.
