BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. puree banana
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners. Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, top with cream cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
