1 lb. seeded raisins
1 pkg. seedless raisins
1/2 lb. currents
1/2 lb. mixed peel
1/2 lb. white sugar
1/2 lb. suet
2 lb. apples
Juice of 2 lemons
Rind of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients and put through meat grinder.

When making tarts use pie pastry, medium size tins and be sure to put pastry lids on tarts.
