1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. Coke or Pepsi
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Put the butter, Coke and cocoa in a pan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and mix in sugar. Any left over frosting can be frozen, microwave it for a second when you take it out of the freezer.
