QUICK AND EASY TURNOVERS 
1 can refrigerator biscuits
2 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples. Mix well and set aside.

Separate biscuits and flatten them with your hand. Put 2 teaspoons of apple mixture on one half of biscuit. Fold in half and crimp with a fork to seal. Bake until golden, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and water until it's a nice smooth consistency. Drizzle glaze over warm turnovers.
