2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold coffee or water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put first five dry ingredients into 13 x 9 pan; stir to mix. Make 3 holes in the flour mixture. Put vinegar in 1 well, vanilla in second well, and oil in third.

Pour cold coffee or water over all ingredients and stir with fork until well mixed. (Do not beat.) Mix sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
