Be sure fruit is drained well. 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple 1 (16 oz.) can peaches or 2 lbs. fresh 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 1/2 lbs. red grapes 1 lb. green grapes 4 bananas 1 lg. vanilla pudding (not instant) Drain and save juice from pineapple and peaches. Mix all fruit together, EXCEPT BANANAS. Cook the juice (orange and pineapple) with vanilla pudding. This may not thicken as much as milk. Let cool good and mix with fruit. Add bananas and serve plain or with Cool Whip. This makes a nice bowlfull. |
