SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes per pkg. directions
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Lightly mix together in a large bowl the first 5 ingredients and a mixture of the seasonings. Shape mixture into balls about 1 inch. Roll balls lightly in remaining crumbs.

Heat the butter in a large, heavy skillet. Brown meat balls on all sides. Shake pan frequently to brown evenly and to keep balls round. Cook covered about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. 3 dozen meat balls.
