WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Stir together flours, sugar, powder and salt. In another bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until batter is blended but still slightly lumpy.

Or make large batches and combine 1 cup of mix to egg, milk and oil when ready to cook.
