FRUIT ROLL 
1/2 lb. graham crackers
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 lb. dates, chopped
1/2 c. Maraschino cherries
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Crumble all but 3 crackers. Place cream in large bowl. Add cut up marshmallows, dates, chopped cherries and nuts; add cracker crumbs. Mix well. Form into roll. Make crumbs out of the other 3 crackers and roll your roll over them. Let stand overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
