CHICKEN DRUMMETTES 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white wine or rice wine
1 tbsp. ground ginger root
20 to 30 chicken drummettes

Combine first 4 ingredients for sauce. Marinate drummettes overnight, turning every few hours in sauce.

Bake at 400°F about 30 minutes, then put under broiler for about 5 to 8 minutes, until crusty. Serve as a finger food.
