THAI FLOWERING CABBAGE WITH BEEF
IN OYSTER SAUCE
 
1 lb. flowering cabbage, trimmed
4 oz. beef sirloin, cut into strips
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
4 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cabbage until tender. Transfer the cabbage to a warm serving plate.

Heat oil in a skillet and add the beef and garlic. Add the oyster sauce and water. Adjust seasoning and pour over the cooked flowering cabbage.
