SARA'S CRAB OR SHRIMP MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. softened butter 1 jar Old English sharp Cheddar (made by Kraft, dairy section) 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat or shrimp English muffins Put first 4 ingredients in food processor and mix. Add fish and spread on toasted English muffins (can be frozen at this point). Put on cookie sheet and broil until slightly brown and bubbly. |
