PEACH YOGURT SCONES 
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. peach or apple yogurt
2 tbsp. melted butter
Sugar

Combine biscuit mix and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter. Stir yogurt mixture into biscuit mixture. Mix until dough clings together.

Knead dough 8-10 strokes. Pat or roll into a 6 inch circle. Cut dough into 10 wedges. Sprinkle with sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
