PEACHES WITH YOGURT 
1 (1 lb.) can diet peaches, drained
1/2 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash of almond extract

Arrange peaches in small glass serving bowl. Combine yogurt, sugar, and almond extract; blend well with rubber scraper. Pour over peaches. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until very well chilled. Makes 4 servings, 88 calories each.
