CHICKEN TACO SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken (raw)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 ripe avocado (peeled and mashed)
3 c. tortilla chips
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 (15 oz.) can Bush's chili hot beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook chicken in olive oil. Add salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir together mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, avocado. Layer tortilla chips, lettuce, chili beans, chicken and avocado mixture on a large serving plate. Top with cheese.
