MEXICAN STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pinto beans (with or without jalapeno peppers)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
2 cans minestrone soup
1 can water

Brown meat (drain). Add other ingredients. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes (good and fast). Serve with cornbread or crackers.

Optional: Add 4 ounces of Velveeta cheese.
