CHICKEN WINGS | |
1/2 c. Dijon mustard 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 3 lbs. chicken wings Combine mustard, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and mix to coat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 45 minutes. Place wings on grill. Brush with remaining mustard mixture. Grill over moderately hot coals turning once for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink near the bone and outside is crispy. |
