MEXICAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown first 4 ingredients in heavy skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes longer. Yield: 6-8 servings.
