CHICKEN SOUPA 
1 chicken cut up, boiled & taken off bone
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 sm. can green chilies, mashed
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Melt butter in a big skillet. Put the chopped onions and mashed chilies in the butter and cook lightly until tender. Add soup, milk and cut up chicken. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with tortilla chips. Pour all of the mixture over the chips. Top with grated cheese. Cook until bubbly at 350 degree preheated oven.
