2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Combine in pan; stir and bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 18 oz. jar peanut butter and 13 oz. jar marshmallow, stirring until dissolved. Pour in 9x13 inch pan.
