LEMON HERB CHICKEN 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. corn oil
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
3 lbs. chicken

In baking dish, mix lemon juice, corn oil, parsley and all other ingredients together. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate, turning occasionally several hours or overnight. Then remove chicken and grill or broil. For lighter taste don't soak, just marinate. 4 servings.
