BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained, reserve 1/2 c. juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
Butter pats
Cinnamon

Mix well drained pineapple, 1/2 cup juice and sugar with eggs. Stir in cornstarch and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish 1 1/2 quart. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pats of butter. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Good with ham - hot or cold.
