SESAME CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut in serving size pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 dash salt and pepper
1 c. flour (for dredging chicken)
1/2 c. olive oil (for browning chicken)

Sauce:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sherry
1 tbsp. white sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 325°F. Dip each piece of chicken in egg. Next, dredge each piece of chicken in flour. Shake off excess flour. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown chicken in hot oil. Drain on paper towels.

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Dip chicken in sauce mix and place in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot or may refrigerate and serve cold, if desired.
