GRILLED SESAME CHICKEN BREASTS | |
1/2 c. unsweetened white grape juice 1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 lb. boneless chicken breast halves, skinned Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish; mix well. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill 4-5 inches from medium-hot coals 15 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Makes 4 servings, 254 calories per serving. |
