SESAME GINGER CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. peeled, grated, ginger root
4 skinned, boned, chicken breast halves
vegetable cooking spray

Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, place chicken into mix to marinate. Grill or bake 15 to 20 minutes until done.
