TUNA SOUFFLE SANDWICH 
8 slices bread
1 c. (7 oz.) flaked tuna
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika

Arrange 4 slices of bread in bottom of greased 8 inch square dish. Combine tuna, celery, and green pepper and spread over bread. Sprinkle cream cheese, top. Mix eggs, salt, and milk and pour over bread. Sprinkle with paprika. (Can use this recipe to make any other types of sandwiches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
