VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 pkgs. crescent rolls 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sour cream 3 oz. cream cheese 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing Broccoli, raw, cut up into little pieces Cauliflower, raw, cut up into little pieces Tomatoes, raw, cut up into little pieces Carrots, raw, cut up into little pieces Other vegetables can be used depending on your own taste Spread 2 packages of crescent rolls on large cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sour cream, 3 ounces softened cream cheese and envelope of HIDDEN VALLEY®. Spread this mixture over cooled crust. Top with vegetables and cheese. Cut into wedges or squares and enjoy. |
