SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fired onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.

Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.

Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
