1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 lb. can drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
Cool Whip

Bake cake mix and let cool. Spread crushed pineapple over cake. Combine cream cheese with pudding and milk. Spread over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
