OATMEAL MONSTER COOKIES | |
2/3 c. butter 2/3 c. light brown sugar 2/3 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp.salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. pecans 2 c. quick cooking oats 1/3 c. raisins 1/3 c. M & M's 1/3 c. chocolate chips 1/3 c. grated coconut In food processor: Cut butter into 1 inch pieces. Use metal blade to process with sugars and vanilla until blended, about 1 1/2 minutes. Add egg and process until combined, about 15 seconds. Add flour, salt, baking soda and pecans and pulse to incorporate, about 6 pulses. Transfer to large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks. |
