2 loaves frozen bread dough 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 pkg. vanilla pudding - not instant 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 c. raisins (optional) First: You must thaw the frozen bread dough. Then: Tear 1 loaf of bread dough up in small pieces. Place it helter-skelter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, cinnamon and milk together and pour over the top of bread dough in pan. Sprinkle nuts and raisins over the entire layer of dough. Tear the other loaf of thawed bread dough into pieces and place on top of the first layer, covering any bare spots. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
