DEER CAMP CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Bake at 350 degrees until real brown (25 to 30 minutes). Punch holes in cake after baking. Top with icing recipe following:

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cook after it comes to a full boil for 4 or 5 minutes. Do not over cook. Pour on HOT CAKE.
