PAUL'S FAVORITE CATCH OF THE DAY 
1 1/2 lb. firm meat fish (salmon, halibut, swordfish, etc.)
3 tbsp. butter
2 sm. bananas, sliced
1/2 pkg. almonds, sliced

Saute fish in 2 tablespoons butter until almost done. If no butter still visible, add other tablespoon of butter. Add bananas and almonds, continuing sauteing until fish is done and bananas and almonds are lightly browned. Serve with rice and vegetables and salad and Chenin Blanc.
