CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 chicken, boiled, deboned and chopped
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
8 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 1/4 oz. sliced almonds
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen Noodles, crushed
6 tbsp. rice vinegar (or 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 3 tbsp. water)
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Flavor packets from noodles

Mix chicken, cabbage and onion in a large bowl. Add Ramen noodles.

Brown in a little butter the sesame seeds and almonds. Mix all remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage, top with sesame seeds and almonds. Mix well.

May be served immediately, or refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
