BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
8 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 lemons
1 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2/3 tsp. red pepper
2/3 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1 dash garlic salt (not powder)

This recipe makes enough sauce for five chickens. Mix all ingredients. Heat over low temperature until well blended. DO NOT BOIL.
