SAUCE:

1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder

Arrange chicken in 9"x13" baking pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 300 degrees, basting often. Drain off sauce and skim oil. Sauce may then be used over the chicken and rice if desired when served.
