MADE OVER DILL PICKLES 
1 jar dill pickles, drained (chunked, slices or spears)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 garlic cloves (optional)

Bring to boil, cool. Pour over pickles and refrigerate 2 days. Whole pickles will NOT work.
