JEAN'S TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce (med.), cut in sm. pieces
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned in 1 diced onion
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
3-4 diced tomatoes
1 lg. bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bag crushed Nacho cheese Doritos

Drain the browned hamburger and onion in colander; let cool. Add kidney beans. Put in refrigerator to cool completely.

In large bowl put hamburger and kidney beans. Put lettuce on top of that, then add tomatoes and shredded cheese.

When ready to serve, add Doritos and enough Catalina dressing to toss. Serve immediately or it will get soggy.
