SPEEDY SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
2 (10 oz.) cans prepared spaghetti sauce
4 c. cooked spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Mix beef, bread crumbs, seasonings, and milk until well blended. Shape into about 20 small balls. Roll in flour. Melt shortening in frying pan or electric skillet. Brown balls on all sides. Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs. Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Serve with cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Yields 6 servings.
