EMPANATS (MEAT PIES) 
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
2 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. raw onion
1 chopped fresh tomato
2 cans biscuits

Flatten canned biscuit on your hand or on lightly floured board. Place spoonful of above mixture in center of biscuit, fold over and seal edges. Fry in deep fryer at 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain well. Best when warm.
